It's Cooking Friday!!!! How about a piece of scrumptious home-made pork neck Char Siu for the weekend? I know a lot of my readers are from the US, UK, Vietnam, Canada and Germany, maybe you would like to drive down to the nearby China Town to get a little ingredients this week.
They cannot be another simpler recipe. First, you'll need:
- pork neck / any pork that is tender enough
- a fork / a meat tenderiser
- Char Siu sauce and (or) Chu Hou paste
- Dark Sauce Sauce
- Honey
- an oven
