Double Talker - A person who speaks in a deliberate, evasive way, whose speech appears to be earnest and meaningful but in fact is a mixture of sense and nonsense.

Back Stabber - A person who unfairly attacks someone in a deceitful manner.

Spin Doctor - Someone who takes situation of a bad event and disguises it as something good.

Chief Justice - A public official who hears and decides cases brought before a court of law. In other words, a Judge.
