News & People: Angelina Jolie's First Public Post-Double Mastectomy Appearance



It is indeed a very very brave act for Angelina Jolie to share her very private decision of  undergoing a double mastectomy in order to lower her chances of breast cancer after discovering she had inherited a risky cancer gene from her mum, who also suffered from breast cancer.

Overnight, the world has been awaken and awareness of genetic testing has gone sky-high. I dare say everyone around the world is more worried about Jolie than being nosey or fault-finding, which usually is. Today, she came out to meet the world for the first time after her surgery, and this is what she said,



What Jolie has done might have just saved thousands of women from death! She deserves our salute!

One thing's for sure, everyone now wishes Jolie great health and be able to grow old with her lovely family.
