Not much time to write too much, and so, a quick sharing of yet another quick and easy dish from me -- the Japanese Slow-Cooked Teriyaki Flounder!
You'll need,
- a fish (salmon, flounder, etc.),
 - Japanese Teriyaki sauce,
 - Mirin,
 - rice wine or Sake;
 - ginger,
 - spring onions (optional)
