This iCloud leak of celebrities nude photos has been quite a stir, it kind of makes me rethink about what I know about them from their characters in their movies and roles in their industry.
My conclusion is, I don't know anything about them because I was never interested in their personal life. But there is one very fitted Chinese saying, "Do it not if you not want it be known", and in English, "What is done by night appears by day".

This post traces back months ago, when the painter 阿塗 (coined the Father of Hong Kong Golden Forum by local netizens) published a piece of work capturing 80 Hong Kong's very own greatest Cantonese proverbs amidst the time of uneasiness between the Hong Kongers and the mainland Chinese. Inspired by Dutch painter Pieter Bruegel's Netherlandish Proverbs (1559), 阿塗's Great Proverbs of Hong Kong Cantonese aims to promote Lingnan culture and educate the public about the importance of Cantonese, hence defending it from dialectic eradication through brutal political gestures.

Zhimaludoushi's 高登神獸之父阿塗創廣東俗語漫畫集 listed some translations from Cantonese to English which we all can use as reference, but I would like to add a few comments to it.
有錢使得鬼推磨 can be translated to an English proverb "money makes the mare go".
鬼拍後尾枕 has a meaning of saying something you regret because you shouldn't have said it, which could be a secret or something mindless, so a relatively well-fitted idiom is "to put one's foot in one's mouth".
呃鬼食豆腐 is basically to tell lies, in English there are many such idioms, one of which is "lead sb up/down the garden path".
The one word for 鬼畫符 would be "indecipherable".
放飛機 has a perfect translation to the English phrasal verb "to stand sb up".
兩頭蛇 can be translated into "a two-face", but a more intriguing one, among Transformers' fans, is the Doubledealer, hence a "double-dealer" fits.
"To cry wine and sell vinegar" fits 掛羊頭賣狗肉, though this English version is not well-known among native speakers.
甩繩馬騮 are kids "on the loose"..
食拖鞋飯 is "to sponge". A sponge means a person who takes advantage of the generosity of others.
樹大有枯枝 can be translated to the proverb "there is a black sheep in every flock".
牛唔飲水唔撳得牛頭低 is "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink".
捉黃腳雞 is catching sb committing adultery.
阿塗's Great Proverbs of Hong Kong Cantonese is not the only painting inspired by Netherlandish Proverbs. American artist T. E. Breitenbach's Proverbidioms (1975) is arguably the first and the most famous artwork on English proverbs and idioms, capturing over 300 instances on a single 45 by 67 inch wooden panel.

LINE's 3rd birthday has just past, but already they are one of Asia's largest and most popular Instant Messengers (as I have predicted since day 1)! Its stickers are incredibly cute and their games are becoming more and more addictive! My favourite of course, is LINE Rangers, seeing those cute little characters battling aliens are simply awesome! There are even forums, YouTube channels and blogs dedicated to this game and the players are from Taiwan, Thailand, USA, Hong Kong, basically across the globe!!

Apple's Tim Cooks announced "iPad 3" "The new iPad" on the 8th March, 2012 to celebrate the birthday of Locky's English Playground, International Women's Day, the end of "iPad + number" naming system.
And here is what you all have been waiting for!!!!! The new iPad!!!!!

This is great, isn't it? But I'm afraid this is not what you get.
What will you get?
I tried so hard to find the full-length conference on YouTube and there was almost none! Netizens cut off Tim Cooks as quickly as possible and moved on to the specification part, which reflects how the public think about the performance of Tim Cook's speech.
But Locky is good at researching, so here's what I've found. (Start from 8:17)
Tim Cooks said, "Today, we are announcing the new iPad and it is amazing!" I don't remember Steve Jobs using such a word when he announced the revolutionary iPad, and he didn't! (Start from 5:38)
What does that mean? I think fans and English Players of this Playground knows the meaning of "Good wine needs no bush" by William Shakespeare as I have used it several times, it means that if the iPad 3 the new iPad is really good enough, you don't need to say it is "AMAZING" by yourself, the public will say so. If you are not bored to death by Tim Cooks' speech, go on and watch the Part 3,4,... and you will be sick of the word "AMAZING" forever!!
Okay, let's move away from the speech, how about the specifications?
What do the Californian public think about the iPad 3 the new iPad?
Is it a blessing or a curse? For consumers, of course it is a blessing, technology always goes forward, no one looks back, if you are still engaging in the old PC ICQ, you are not wrong, but you are out.
What they mean is, because of the increase of resolution, they will need to make their photo images so clear and so big in sizes such that you won't be upset with the lousy quality images when using the iPad 3 the new iPad. And that could mean, 16Gb isn't going to be enough.
Those who are thinking about touting the new product, 16Gb may not be the good choice this time round.

Another interesting one is a proverb in English, "A bad workman (always) blames his tools", an equivalent Chinese proverb would be "One fails to defecate / poop blames the hard ground", meaning making bad or lame excuses for failure to accomplish something.

Some days ago, something happened to me and reminded me of a song by Craig David, called "You Don't Miss Your Water ('Til the Well Runs Dry)", from the album Slicker Than Your Average.
The song talks about a guy who loves a girl very much and believes that he will be with this girl for a long time; however, this girl does not know how to treasure anything and only realises her loss after it is too late, so the guy sang this song to warn the girl, saying that if the girl ever thinks about cheating on him and he will leave her, and by then, it will really be too late for her to regret.
